Thelma Blake Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2022, at the age of 83, Thelma Blake of La Porte, Indiana, born in Marion, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William White and Cora Meada White (Wallers); her daughter Teresa Blake; and her siblings, Helen Daniels, Eugene Gulley, Robert White, Mary Piotrowicz, Maxine Maynard, John White, Beverley Wallen and Larry White.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Blake; her children, Scott Blake (Debbie) of La Porte and Dawn Beaty (Dwight) of Westfield, IN; her grandchildren, Jeremy Blake (Kimberly), Trisha Beaty, Tracy Williamson (Mark) and Ashley Casey (Brandon); and her great grandchildren, Courtney, Zachory Blake, Clayton, Ja'neyaih Williamson, Landon and Maddy Casey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
