He is survived by: his mother Susie Belue (Gaddy); his stepfather Adam Belue of Walkerton, IN; his children, Alyssa Dombkowski of Kingsford Heights, IN and Chase Alan Moss of Kingsford Heights, IN; his sister Dana Moss of Mill Creek, IN; his niece Denai Livergood of Mill Creek; his nephews, Nolan Livergood of Mill Creek and Bryce Trumble of Mill Creek; and his pets, Zuko and Kai.
