Terry Wozniak Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Terry Wozniak (La Porte, Indiana), who passed away on February 23, 2021 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Wozniak and Joan S. Wozniak (Conjalka); and her brother Dennis Wozniak. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Mary Wozniak of Rolling Prairie, Indiana; her nieces, Leah Anderson (Dan) of Lakeland and Lana Wooden (Patrick) of Fishers, Indiana; her nephew Paul Wozniak (Tina) of Zanesville; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Daniel IV, Joshua, Katie, Leo, Brianna and James; and her close friends, Peggy, Jean and Tina.
Memorial contributions may be made to any Humane Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
