He is survived by: his wife Kathi Levandoski (Newton); his children, Josh Levandoski of La Porte and Stu Levandoski (Nicole) of La Porte; his cousins, Deb Levandoski, Deb Werner Levandoski, Mary Levandoski, Chris Levandoski and Buck Levandoski (Karen); his siblings-in-law, Gayle Newton, Deb Miller, Dawn Blakeman and Gary Gearheart (Lori); his friends, Chip, Angel Cable, Mike, Karen Warfel, Wayne Necessary and Al Miller; and his pet Tango.
