He is survived by: his children, Cody Dye of La Porte and Cassidy Dye of La Porte; his siblings, Erica Eustace of Frankfort, IL, Douglas Dye (Kim) of Naples, FL, Bruce Stewart (Kenya) of Phoenix, AR, Michael Eustace of New Lenox, IL and Nicholas Eustace (Amy) of Vista, CA; and his parents-in-law, Linda Mann (James) of Naples, FL and Terry Kaser (Cindy) of Elkhart.
