He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Squires and Nathene M. Squires (Farnsworth). He is survived by: his spouse Jean Schacht; his children, Brady Squires and Valerie Gallik (Zac) of La Porte; his grandsons, Deakin, Cyrus and Isiah; and his sister Maureen Capshew (Bob) of Mexico. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
