She is survived by: her husband Wilbur "Willie" Mathis; her daughters, Candy Evans (Charlie) of La Porte and Tami Heimer (late Larry) of La Porte; her grandchildren, Jennifer Neulieb (Brent), Hollie Collette (Randall), Nate Evans (Carrie) and Blake Evans (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Alexis Bubalo (Michael), Mason Neulieb, Kali Collette, Riley Collette, Gavin Hundt and Reece Evans; her great great grandchildren, Nicholas Bubalo, Walker Bubalo and Bodhi Brant; her stepdaughter Sherry (late Dan) of Hartville, OH; and her stepgrandchildren, Tom, John and Penny. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
