She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Huenecke and Minnie Huenecke; her spouse Thomas L. Shortt; her son Barry Shortt; and her siblings, Jeanette Peterson, Jerry Rose, Arthur, Herbert and Gerhard Huenecke.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Shortt (Christine) of La Porte and Ricky Shortt (Shireen) of Winter Garden, Florida; her daughter-in-law Suzanna Shortt of Grottoes, Virginia; her grandchildren, Sky Kellogg (Cole), Storm Shortt (Natalie), Meghan Shortt, Patrick Shortt (Molly) and Derek Lynch; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin Shortt, Carmieliz Kellogg and Cataleya Kellogg.
