She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Scholz and Louise Scholz (Conover); her husband Richard E. "Dick" Lewis; and her brother Jerry Scholz. She is survived by: her daughters, Patti Prosser of La Porte, Mary Howe (James) of La Porte and Lori Nebelung (Jon) of La Porte; her grandchildren, James Howe (Theresa), Melissa Elek (Justin), Andrew Schulz (Cassie), Amy Schulz, Jon Nebleung (Amanda) and Nicole Nebelung; and her great grandchildren, Kylen, Bella, Luke, Avery, Lillie, Leyna, Lydia, Elise, Finnley, Jonny, Zak and Oaklynn.
