She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Bachman and Shirley Bachman (Handtke); and her brother Robert Bachman Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Michael Johnson (Abby) of La Porte, Trevor Hammons (Emily) of La Porte, Wynn Jones (Katie) of Indianapolis, Tain Jones (Kevin) of Cleveland, OH and Brye Jones of Michigan City; her grandchildren, Tyler Johnson, Kyley Johnson, Maggie Johnson, Cayden Jones, Piper Jones, Harper Conner and Jensen Jones; her sisters, Stephanie Ameling (Ben) of La Porte and Sally Bergman (Fred) of La Porte; her nieces and nephews, Karissa Ameling, Tasha Walters (Jason), Craig Ameling, Philip J. Paxson, Mason Paxson (Paige) and Robert Bachman, Jr. (Katie); her great-nieces, Katie Walters, Mallory Paxson and Leila Grimes; her great-nephew Kaden Walters; and her friend Lisa Braid (David).
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calendar Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center (2900 Monroe St, La Porte, IN 46350). A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
