She is survived by: her brothers, Robert Bartos (Kacey) of Portage, Fredrick Cleveland Jr. (Amy) of Indianapolis and Alan Bartos (Melissa) of Las Vegas; her friend Lisa Gallas (Joe) of Michigan City; and her caregivers, Amy Stanley, Lauren Huffman and Sarah Ford. She is also survived by several aunts and uncles; several nieces, nephews; her work family.
