She was predeceased by: her parents, Meta Moore (Hannemann) and Claude Moore; her husband Donald K. Whitacre; and her cousin Dorothy Mae Lindborg. She is survived by: her children, Rick Whitacre (Cindy), Tamara Gaul (David), Lori Cabanaw (Robert) and David Whitacre; her grandsons, Matthew Whitacre (Whitney), Zachary Whitacre and Jared Gaul; her great grandchildren, Georgia and Verity; her close friends, Sonya Tarnow, Mona Manning and Rob Mays; and her friends, Mary and Laura.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice in memory of Sharon.
