She was predeceased by: her sisters, Marlene Krcilek (Jerry) and Ann Dolph (Clint). She is survived by: her husband Arnold; her children, Jeff Blake (Karla Stine) of Chambersburg, PA and Kim Schlosser (Rick) of Okeana, OH; her grandchildren, Haley Hoffman (Joshua) of Springboro and Zachary Lee (Silver Cleary) of Indianapolis; her great grandchildren, Emery Hoffman and Xander Lee; and her brothers, Dale Beam (Monica), Lauren Beam (Nancy) of Phoenix, AZ and Terry Beam of Knox. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
