She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Burdine and Gladys Burdine (Simonton); her husband Richard "Nick" Hoffmann; and her brother Dennis Burdine. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Hoffmann of La Porte, James Hoffmann (Cindy) of La Porte and Jacqueline Salyer (John) of La Porte; her grandchildren, John Salyer of Michigan City and Jennifer Salyer (Jonah) of La Porte; and her great grandchildren, Hadlee Salyer, Connor Salyer, Gianna Salyver and Amelia Pacione.
