She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Leonard Sacks and Frances Sacks (Levine); and her husband Duane Hastings. She is survived by: her children, Devon D. Hunsberger (Lee) of La Porte, IN and Laine M. Hastings (Holly) of Lafayette, IN; and her siblings, Cliff Sacks (Cheryl) of Milan, MI, Rick Sacks (Sharon Beth) of Pleasanton, CA and Deborah Teets (Gary) of La Porte, IN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
