He is survived by: his children, Suzanne "Sue" Allen of Union Mills, Deborah Green of Michigan City, Sanford "Sandy" Kurth III (Roberta) of Glencoe, OK and Jeffery "Jeff" Kurth (Jennifer) of La Porte; his nieces, Cheryl Ward of New Fane, NY and Mary Ellen Petterson of Sumter; and his nephew Robert Ackley of Sumter.
