He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Mack of McKinney, TX and Ellen Mack of Wauwatosa, WI; his grandsons, Oliver and Xavier Crum; his sister-in-law Carolyn Hickman of South Bend, IN; and his wife Joyce Bulhand Swanson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
