It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Whitehead of La Porte, Indiana, born in Pineville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 3, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Edna Mae Whitehead (Caldwell). He is survived by: his father Taylor Whitehead Jr. of La Porte; his siblings, Phyllis Howard (Roger) of Michigan City, Bonnie Salak (Bob) of La Porte and Charles Whitehead (Shawna) of La Porte; his nieces, Veronica Tsitrian (Chris) and Carla Glossenger (Travis); and his nephew Jason Dierdorf.
