She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Hart and Haroldine Hart (Parrish); her siblings, Robert Hart and Patricia Tennermann; and her brother-in-law Herb Tennermann.
She is survived by: her husband Seth Sydney Philbrook; her children, Pamela Shultz (Robert) of Elkhart, Janice Yandt (Eric) of La Porte, David Philbrook (Helen) of Raleigh, NC and John Philbrook (Melissa) of Crown Point; her grandchildren, Andrew Yandt of La Porte, Kathryn Dermody (Matthew) of Fort Collins, CO, Christopher Shultz of Elkhart, Megan Lester (Jesse) of Goshen, Jessica Philbrook of San Francisco, CA, Jennifer Philbrook of Charlotte, NC, Parker Philbrook of Crown Point, Lara Rose of Raleigh, NC, Lily Ana of Raleigh, NC and Michael Philbrook of Raleigh, NC; her great grandchildren, Luke, Jack Dermody, Morgan and Reagan Lester; and also, Dr. Terrance Hart (Nancy) of Longboat Key, FL and Ila Hart of Canal Winchester, OH. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
