She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Stephens and Rose Stephens (Williamson); her husband Stanley Kuta; and her siblings, Charles, Frank, Jr., Freddie, Bill, Stevie, Anna, Ruth, Shirley and RayAnn.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Kuta (Nancy) of Mill Creek, Ricky Kuta of La Porte, Berni Lambert (Jack) of La Porte, Kathy Pezzuto (Forrest) of La Porte, Ronald Kuta (Charolette) of La Porte and Jimmy Kuta (Christine) of La Porte; her daughter-in-law Barbara Kuta of La Porte; and her sister Barbara Tello of Covington, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; nineteen grandchildren; forty-eight great-grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren.
