With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosalie June Brettin of La Porte, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 28, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rademacher and Rose Rademacher (Kirschenstein); her husband Edward Brettin; and her siblings, John, Robert Rademacher and Dorothy Peterson.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Brettin of La Porte, Edward Brettin (Tama) of Madison, WI, Linda Shepro (Robert) of Carlsbad, CA and Paul Brettin (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Rob, Amanda Allen, Andrew Brettin, Nick, Meg Shepro, Jacob and Noah Brettin; her great grandchild Carson Allen; and her siblings-in-law, Tim and Peg Brettin.
The family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Jane Bernard Animal Adoption Center, 2855 West State Road 2, La Porte, IN 46350.
