He was predeceased by: his brother Ed "Eddie B" Byers. He is survived by: his son Cody; his siblings, Roger (Patti), Rick (Jen), Ryan (Carrie) and Ranell; his daughter Kailin; his father Pete "Pa" Oberholtzer (Tom Heil); his brothers, Jim "Little Jim" Lewis, David "Davey" Hill and Jake; and his son Dockery. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Please dress casually as you know Ronnie would-he always hated wearing the "monkey suits". And if you would prefer making a donation in his honor instead of sending flowers, please make them to his daughter, Kailin.
