He is survived by: his children, Richard Mullins (Stacy) of LaPorte, Dennis Fall of LaPorte and Trish Mullins of Utah; his siblings, Charles, John, Mike, Tim, Jim, Berneda and Debbie; and his wife Charleen Mullins (Geren). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
