He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Williams and Jennie Williams (Simpson); his wife Maureen Bell; and his brother Mike McCall. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Vinson (Travis) of La Porte, Kevin Williams of New Carlisle and Cynthia Wolfenbarger (Zeth) of La Porte; his grandchildren, Kevin of La Porte, Xavier of La Porte, Ayrianna of La Porte, Jayden Vinson of La Porte and Alexis Williams of New Carlisle; and his siblings, Shirley Coots of Channahon, IL, Debbie Garcia of Channahon, IL and Russ Williams of Sardis, TN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
