He is survived by: his spouse Ingrid Johanson-Voelker; his son Robert III (Christina); his grandchildren, Amalia Rian Voelker and Robert "Liam" Voelker, IV; his sisters, Kathlene Ann Maier (Martin), Diana LaPierre of Maine, Cindy Sullivan (Jim) of Maryland and Allison LaPierre (Bernard); and also Voelker III.
