He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Ann Hay; his children, Rod Shumaker (Jane) of La Porte and Rhonda Day (Gary) of South Bend; his grandchildren, Sarah Naegele (John), Dan Shumaker (Erica Irvin), Emily Day and Nickolas Day; and his great grandchildren, Brody, Brayden, Claire, Blake, Addison and Olin. He is also survived by his parents; 3 sisters; and 4 brothers.
