He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred C. Sensow and Bernice Gertrude Sensow (Vardaman); and his siblings, Karen Sue Sensow and Richard Sensow. He is survived by: his spouse Loralee Aldendorf; his children, Robert "Kip" Sensow (Wendy) of Union Mills, Lora Lee-Ann Edwards (James A. "Andy") of Aledo, TX and Amanda Charlotte Tonagel (Benjamin) of La Porte; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Vervynckt, Cassidy Sensow, Kobe Robert Sensow, Lyla Edwards, Charlie Tonagel, Gray Edwards, Sawyer Tonagel, Brooks Frederick Tonagel and Greta Tonagel; his sister Margaret Childress of La Porte; and his pet Penny Girl.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church or the La Porte County Animal Shelter, 2855 IN-2, La Porte, Indiana 46350.
