He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence G. Rubeck and Frances M. Rubeck (Yore); his daughter Kimmie Rubeck; and his brothers, Bud and Dick.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Williams (Steve) of Rolling Prairie, Karol Organ (Keith) of LaPorte and Mike Rubeck (Michelle Carter) of LaPorte; his grandchildren, Angela Williams of Orlando, FL, Jessica Williams of Rolling Prairie, Olivia Williams of Rolling Prairie, Kody Organ (Andrea) of Syracuse, IN and Meghan Younce of Bay City, MI; his great grandchild Landon Marsh; and his close friend Mary Nagel. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, three nephews, and four nieces.
