He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Charles and Ruth Ann Taschler (Mueller); his spouse Judith "Judy" Taschler (Arrowsmith); his children, Robert Taschler, Jr. (Krista) of La Porte, Mary James (Bob) of La Porte and James Taschler (Gina) of La Porte; his siblings, Joseph Charles Taschler, Jr. of Shawnee, KS, Patricia Rhoads (Harvey) of Troy, MO and Mary Ann "Manny" Rayfield (Mark) of Defiance, MO; his grandchildren, Tashia, Andrew, Tanya Taschler, Brittany Fuller, Brianna, Jordan Olsen, Tyler, Taylor, Kyle James and Teresa Sydow; and his great grandchildren, Brantley, Brayden, Ayden, Kaylee Sydow, Elijah Idkowiak and Jaxon Fuller.
