He is survived by: his wife Patricia K. Baity; his children, Katherine Todd (Glen) and Michael McGinnis (Stacy) of La Porte; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Bline of Goshen, Jeffrey Bline (Amanda) of Goshen, Stephanie Bline of Elkhart, Andrew Todd of La Porte, Angela Lowry (Dane) of La Porte, Aimee Todd of La Porte, Allison Sanford (Paul) of Elkhart, Austin Todd of La Porte, Pierceton McGinnis (Parker) of La Porte, Victorian McGinnis of La Porte, Quinton McGinnis of La Porte and Keegan McGinnis of La Porte; his great grandchildren, Juniper Dial, Roxy Bline, Jack and Gabriella Lowry; and his brothers, Earl McGinnis (Carol) of Michigan City and Lawrence McGinnis (Marge) of New Buffalo, MI..
