It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert J Herod (La Porte, Indiana), born in Michigan City, Indiana, who passed away on March 7, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Herod and Mary Herod (Jeschke); his son Kent Herod; and his brother Kenneth Herod. He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Herod (Helt); his children, Scott M. Herod (Celia) of New Carlisle, IN, Gail L. Schroeder of North Liberty, IN and Sindee Ramaekers (Tony) of Rolling Prairie, IN; and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Angie, Lesley, Lindsey and Kristen. He is also survived by eleven great-great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
