He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Frame and Margaret Frame (Vandall); his former wife Tami Heimer of La Porte; his daughter Hollie Collette (Randall) of La Porte; his granddaughters, Jordan Downs (Ian) of Portage, Kali Collette of La Porte and Riley Collette of La Porte; his great grandchild Bodhi Brant; his daughter Jennifer Neulieb (Brent) of La Porte; his grandchildren, Alexis Bubalo (Michael) of La Porte and Mason Neulieb of La Porte; his great grandchildren, Nicholas and Walker Bubalo; and his siblings, Sherry White (Jeff) of Walkerton, Lori Toombs (Brian) of Indianapolis and Mark Frame (Tamara) of La Porte.
