It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert D. Dove of La Porte, Indiana, born in Jasper, Indiana, who passed away on May 21, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Winifred Dove and Opal Dove (Hill); his former wife Lorraine Dove (Henckel); his wife Barbara Price; his children, Thomas Dove (Faylene), Jeffrey Dove (Linda) of La Porte, Tamara Bartholomew (James) of New Carlisle and Jennifer Downey (Glenn "Doug") of South Bend; his stepdaughter Cheryl Bales (Brett) of La Porte; and his siblings, James of La Porte, Wilma Long, Annabelle Kessler of La Porte, Debra Morrie of New Carlisle, William, Larry, Jerry, Nellie Barger, Martha Dunfee, Geneva Kessler and Winifred Stantz. He was also cherished by fourteen grandchildren; twenty-four great grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter.
