He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E Burdine Sr. and Joan Burdine-Graham (Buss); and his sister LuAnn Burdine-Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Connie Ebeck; his children, Andrew S Burdine of Crown Point, IN and Jodie M Oakes (Ryan) of La Porte, IN; his brother William Burdine (Vicki) of Forest Park, IL; his grandchildren, Colton R Burdine, Addison J Burdine and Ashley Oakes; and his brothers-in-law, Kent Ebeck (Jennifer) of Cleveland, TN and Doug Ebeck (Susie) of Lancaster, CA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
