He was predeceased by: his parents, David D. Baughman and Edna M. Baughman (Boyer); his brothers, John Rogers, Terry Baughman and Eugene Baughman; and his grandsons, Robert Baughman (Bobby) and Nathaniel Skorup Baughman.
He is survived by: his wife Marene James (Lois); his children, Robert Baughman, Jr. (Jill), Matthew Baughman (Debi) of La Porte and Shari Baughman of La Porte; and his siblings, Donna Barnes of La Porte, Virginia Glanders (Michael) of Walkerton, Indiana and David Baughman (Dolly) of La Porte, Indiana.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
