He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Smith and Kathryn Smith (Bever); his daughter Dawn Smith; his aunt Helen; and his uncle Harold Hardin.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Smith (Pentis); and his grandchildren, Dilynn, Liam, Quinn Mahoney, Eden and Shepherd Smith.
