He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Kwiecien; and his siblings, Helen Kmiec, Thaddeus, Chester and Eugene Kwiecien.
He is survived by: his children, Therese Kwiecien (Frank Revitte), Loretta Sebastian (Thomas) and James Kwiecien; his grandchildren, Jonathan Repp (Lauren Fead), Emily Repp (Zackary Waite), Andrew Repp, Abby Kwiecien and Carly Kwiecien; and his great grandchild Oakley Repp.
A Memorial Mass and celebration of his life is planned for a later date during 2021, due to the pandemic.
