He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph O'Rourke and Anna O'Rourke; his sister Jo Anne O'Rourke; and his cousin Denise O'Rourke. He is survived by: his children, Sarah Stewart (Joseph) of La Porte, Barbara Ritter (Marcus) of La Porte, Kristopher O'Rourke of La Porte and Meagan O'Rourke of La Porte; his grandchildren, Ethan, Tyler, Kayleigh and Kyleigh; his former wife Bonnie Lanham; and his sisters, Susie Pierson, Donna O'Rourke, Patty O'Rourke and Mary O'Rourke. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Calendar First Church of the Nazarene (2147 Ash St, La Porte, IN 46350). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
