He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Robert McIntosh and Mary Kay Brooks; his stepfather James T. Brooks; his grandmother Nellie Truex; and his siblings, Arthur Robert McIntosh II, Mickey Pendley and Rebecca McIntosh.
He is survived by: his spouse Thelma Lynn McIntosh (Shields); his children, Estelle Brinkman (Joseph) of Michigan City, Bret McIntosh (Ammie) of Michigan City and Chad McIntosh (Laura McGuire) of Michigan City; his mother-in-law Margaret Hallum of Michigan City; his siblings, Jamie Davis (Dave), Jim Brooks (Dina), Karen Sixbey of Rochester and Betty McIntosh of La Porte; and his grandchildren, Cole, Drake, Katey McIntosh, Chad McIntosh Jr., Skylar Brinkman and Jared Brinkman.
