She is survived by: her husband Jeff Worthington; her children, Dakota Worthington (Hannah Parker) and Sydney Lawley (Griffin); her stepchildren, Joel and Jayden Worthington; her sisters, Rashel Michaelis and Renee Bailey; her niece Samantha Sliter; and her nephew Codie Michaelis.
