He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy and Ada Webb, Sr. (Riggleman); his children, Rex Webb and Pamela Konda; his great grandchild Baby John; and his siblings, Betty Ricks and Roy Webb, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Janette Dyer; his granddaughters, Tammy Lawrenz (Josh) of La Porte, Joni Lawrenz (Jeff) of Rochester and Paula Konda (Carl) of DeLand, FL; his great grandchildren, Taylor, Aleysia, Evan, Zaeha, Marissa, Angel, Raymond, Cam, Mela and Penny; and his son Tom James (Pati) of Hamlet. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
