With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Patrick of La Porte, Indiana, who passed away on April 28, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tener and Ethel May Cauffman; her husband Andrew Patrick; her son Richard Patrick; and her siblings, Al Tener, Russell Coder, Chester Coder, Lloyd Tener, Edward Tener, Lillian Taylor, Mary Noel and Donna Snyder.
She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Grace "Debbie" Walsh (Bob) of Reno, NV; her granddaughters, Jessica Granger (Michael) of Fish Lake, IN and Hannah Neal of Sommerville, SC; her sisters, Fay Patla (Benny) of Fish Lake, IN and Shirley Mattocks (Gene) of Jacksonville, FL; her great grandchildren, Jackson Neal (Roby) and Payton Stoller (Noah); and her great great grandchildren, Phoenix, Blakely and Phinlee.
Because of the joy Phyllis felt when she took trips to the zoo with Jessica and Jackson, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Potawatomi Zoo, 500 S. Greenlawn Ave, South Bend, IN 46615.
