She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Bernice; and her siblings, Don Slater, George Slater and Dorothy Slater.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald L. Cowgill; her children, Kim Edwards (John), Marsha Young (Todd) and Gerald Cowgill; her grandchildren, Josh Edwards, Ricky Harmon and Joey Harmon (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Ciara Edwards, Liam Harmon, Jaxon Harmon and Ryder Harmon; her sister Patricia Vanschoyck of Massachusetts; her niece Sarah Hemminger (Randy); and her nephew Bradford Vanschoyck.
