He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Cooper and Sarah Cooper (Fore); his brothers, Nick Cooper and Gene Cooper; and his grandchildren, Risa Lindewald and Thomas Lindewald.
He is survived by: his spouse Ruby L. Cooper (Adams); his children, Paul D. Cooper (Carolyn), Roger Cooper (Cathy), Randy Cooper (Merry), Penny Downey (Dennis) and Peggy Franklin (Sid); his grandchildren, Timothy Lindewald, Cim Paddock, Kevin Cooper (Angie), Annie Gasway (Casey), Abigail Jessie (Matthew), Joseph Cooper (Christine), Dallis Downey, Sarah Senne, Matthew Senne (Jennifer), Joshua Senne, Elizabeth Shockley (Terry) and Kimberley Harwell (Joshua); and his sisters, Dorothy Wilber and Daisy Szatkowski. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; twenty great-great-grandchildren.
