He was predeceased by: his parents, John Golik and Genevieve Golik (Frankowski); his daughter Angie Golik; and his siblings, Helen and Mike.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Golik (Peaks); his children, Tammy Chandler Galko and Patrick Golik Jr.; his son-in-law James Chandler; his sisters, Angie Mangus and Jeanie Krawczyk; his stepbrother Greg Rancatori; his grandchildren, Patrick John Harmon, Gabrielle Chandler and Emily Chandler; his grandson-in-law Wyatt Dalton; and his great grandchild Liam Dalton.
