She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Zarr and Kathryn Zarr (Hynek); her husband David Wellinski; and her brothers, Dick Zarr and Alan Zarr.
She is survived by: her friend Pat; her sons, Robert Wellinski (Mary), Stephen Wellinski and Gregory Wellinski; her grandchildren, Alan Wellinski (Victoria), Matthew Wellinski (Dare), Julia Wellinski, Michael Wellinski, John Paul Wellinski, Rebecca Wellinski, Addison Wellinski and Melody Wellinski; her great grandchildren, Madelyn Wellinski and Wynn Wellinski; her grandchild Lady; and her siblings, Nancy Terman (Bruce) and Harold Zarr. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
