She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Waller and Elsie Waller (Hansen); her husband Joseph Mikowski; and her grandchildren, Alexis and Devonte.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Mikowski (Shawna) of La Porte, Barbara Mikowski of Michigan City, Teresa Mikowski of Michigan City, Mary Gross (Jason) of Texas and Joseph Mikowski (Elizabeth) of Elgin, Illinois; her sisters, Darlene Sander of Muskegon and Bonnie Butcher (Ron) of La Porte; and her grandchildren, Xavier, Gavin, Gabriella, Bridget, Juan, Augustina, Dominic, Aaliyah, Isabella, Autumn, Jad, Grant, Ethen, Leevi, Leland and Jasmine. She is also survived by two great grandchildren; many more family and friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Lakeview Funeral Home and Crematory (247 W Johnson Rd, La Porte, IN 46350). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
