She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrell Young and Ura Young (Tharp); her siblings, Barbara Spurlock, Alva Wellman, Mary Ward and John Young; and her great grandchild Jacobi Hugley.
She is survived by: her spouse John Fogus; her daughters, Tammy Ramirez (Cruz) of Michigan City, Tracy Caldwell (David Jr.) of Wheatfield and Tonya Rasmussen (James) of Michigan City; her siblings, James Young (Setsuko), Earnest Young (Esther), Robert Young (Janice), Larry Young (Diane) and Gloria Angel (Carl); her grandchildren, Adam, Kevin, Ryan, Steven, Rebecca, Matthew and Jessica; and her great grandchild Dallas Hugley.
