He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Foltz (Sarah) and Gregory Foltz (Angela); his sister Caroline Foltz-Harvey; his grandchildren, Mariah Kellerher (Brenden), Daniel Foltz (Alissa), Ben Foltz (Trisha), Brittney Caddo (Alex) and Brooke Foltz; and his great grandchildren, Charles Foltz, Kaitlynn Kellerher, Wes Kellerher, Clara Caddo and Lana Foltz.
