She is survived by: her father Jesse Stacy of Toto, IN; her husband Derrick Voorhees; her children, Jeremy Voorhees and Jessica Voorhees; her brothers, Mike Stacy (Liz) of Medaryville, IN, Jesse Stacy (Cindy) of Mansfield, TX and Ray Stacy (Mike) of South Bend, IN; her parents-in-law, Annette and Al Voorhees of La Porte, IN; and her siblings-in-law, Donald Voorhees (Danielle) of Massachusetts, Darren Voorhees (Cathy) of Duncan, OK, Deanna Biffle (Allen) of Duncan, OK and Amanda Voorhees of La Porte, IN. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
